Pendant notre tour en velo à Corse en 2014 nous avons fait la connaissance de Saoû. Depuis ce temps-là c'est déjà la troisième fois que nous sommes retournés à cet lieu exceptionnel. Quand il fait encore trop froid en printemps à la maison pour grimper, les régions en France un peu plus au sud, ont déjà des temperatures très agréables.
